Subject: Hard to Understand Deaths

Good Morning to the E’s (Ethan & Emily):

One interesting passage I was reading this morning might shed some light of understanding on why some Christians seem to die prematurely or “before their time”:

“The righteous pass away; the godly often die before their time.  And no one seems to care or wonder why.  No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come.  For the godly who die will rest in peace.  Isaiah 57: 1-2.

Interesting, isn’t it?  And I do believe it’s true…that God takes some Christians home to protect them from some experience or evil that He in His foreknowledge knows will cross their path.  Why some…and not others…we will never know from a human knowledge standpoint, but some day it will be clear.

This passage can be comforting to those who lost Christian loved ones recently and is more accurate than the generic messages that since God is love…all who die go to be with Him…regardless of their spiritual interest or affirmation.
